Regan Craig BSc MCIArb

Director, Founder

Regan founded Western Cape following a successful track record, attained throughout various market sectors over several years gained in the Middle East, UK & Africa.

He brings with him significant and detailed construction experience, complemented with acute analytical, commercial and contractual skills.

A successful and experienced negotiator with strong commercial attributes with a risk averse approach, Regan is adept at assessing and assimilating information with problem solving abilities.

Regan has strong leadership and management skills. His clarity, focus and results orientated attitude has led to the success of multiple construction projects; private, residential, commercial and industrial, all over the world.

Nicola Craig

Operations Manager

Nicola works hand-in-hand with the project team to create a mutual understanding of the project strategy based on the requirement of the job. This includes:

  • Conducting in-depth reviews and analysis of all project or contract documents

  • Management of safety programs for each project to ensure that all aspects of safety are reached

  • Arrangement, analysis, scheduling and reporting of projects

  • Overseeing projects as they are being carried out to ensure that the work is completed according to specification and project timelines

  • Communicating project needs

  • Assisting in the maintenance, development, and enhancement of Western Cape Group’s relationship with contractors in a bid to produce strategic partnerships

  • Coaching and mentoring employees in areas of project management and estimating

  • Performance management
